Jered Standing is a renowned butcher with an extensive knowledge of international and lesser-known cuts of meat. Over the years, he has built a reputation for providing Los Angeles residents with the highest-quality meat along with expert cooking advice. While working in and managing retail shops and restaurants, Jered had the idea to open a butcher shop that would combine local, sustainable sourcing with extraordinary customer service. Standing’s Butchery opened in Hollywood in 2017, and has since built a loyal base of customers looking for the best meat and a personalized shopping experience.
